Around 55 Students Have Been Coming to the ATL Club (Planning to Pray with Leaders 2 Times a Week)! Many Shared How Much They Enjoy the Meetings & Many Volunteered to Serve at the Club Last Week!

Attendance was high in both Atlanta and Montgomery. Around 55 students have been showing up to the Atlanta club and a Montgomery middle school is consistently packed out! In the past three Atlanta club meetings, 32 students received Christ, 23 rededicted their lives and 17 asked for prayer by phone! We are so excited that Gospel seeds are being sown into these students' hearts!
After last week's club meeting, students came up to a staff member and expressed appreciation for the club times. One young man is following Christ because of the influence of his grandfather (his mom and dad are not committed to Christ). He and the staff member were talking about grace and being transparent with God. A young lady heard them speaking and told the staff member that their words touched her heart. When asked about her relationship with Christ, she stated that she got saved after her grandfather passed away. Because of the grief, she turned to God and found comfort in Psalm 6:7-9. Those verses really allowed her to open her heart to receive Jesus as Lord and Savior. What's amazing about her story is that her mom's side of the family is Muslim. Her faith in Christ was instilled through her dad. She keeps a love for Jesus even in the midst of what could be great persecution for her faith!
Two students shared a message with the group and several others volunteered to pass out food and put up the tables and chairs. It was encouraging to see so many students get involved!
Prayer Goals:
1) Please pray before, during, or after club times! Let's cry out to God for souls to be born again at every club meeting! Club 24/7: Two middle schools- Monday (7:30 a.m. CST)/Tuesday (7:10 a.m CST) and two high schools- Wednesday (7:10 a.m. CST)/Thursday (7:05 a.m. CST). Atlanta club: Thursday (7:50 a.m. EST). We are believing God for a catalytic gospel movement ‘AWAKENING’ that will win the whole school to Christ!
2) We are trying to set up one or two meetings a week with the leadership team in Atlanta to pray for the club meetings. Getting students to engage in prayer will be a powerful time of fellowship and spiritual warfare!
3) We will be reaching out to all partners to join a zoom prayer call as we launch our new website and new vision. We would initially like to grow from one to five Zoom calls per week. We would love to have you join a Zoom prayer meeting this week!
4) We are believing for five, catalytic, Gospel Crossroads staff members who will join five, catalytic, Gospel revival centers/churches/ministries where we can see school district-wide awakening (students and their families born again and added to local churches en masse!).
5) We need five revivalist, wealthy board members (we have two revival oriented board members right now) who will truly pour their hearts, finances, and wisdom into the kingdom of God!
6) Crossroads is praying about moving the central office to downtown Atlanta. May God give us wisdom on a new location.
