Our Vision & Mission

a catalytic gospel movement to awaken our youth

Our youth are desperate for awakening.

  • Up to 28% of Gen Z individuals identify as LGBTQ.

  • 36.7% of adolescents report persistent feelings of sadness or hopelessness.

  • Suicide is the second-leading cause of death among youth.

  • There are 15.09 million children living with a single mother in the USA.

  • In the last year, 1-in-8 teenagers have abused an illicit substance.

  • At least 121,882 children were diagnosed with gender dysphoria from 2017-2021.

  • Adolescents and young adults account for almost 50% of all sexually transmitted infection patients.

  • A total of 327 documented school shootings occurred in the US from 2021-2022.

  • In 2020, 1 in 20 girls aged 15–19 years reported having forced sex during their lifetime.

Our vision is to see a generation transformed by the gospel.

How do we accomplish this?

Crossroads empowers churches to be the greenhouses for spiritual awakening.

We accomplish this in three step phases.

Implant

Implement

Impact

Implant

We train individuals with a history of fruitful kingdom service and plant them in local churches. They serve as CMI ambassadors.

  • Our CMI ambassadors live consecrated lives and are hand selected for this commission. Their first directive is to submit to the leadership of the pastors.

The ambassador begins by supporting the church’s internal health followed by nurturing the vitality of its community outreach.

Implement

The ambassador expands the church’s intercessory ministry and the youth group.

  • The first focus is to train intercessors for corporate prayer. The ambassador then partners with the youth pastor to equip student leaders. A discipleship school is launched to train high school graduates in spiritual disciplines and outreach.

The ambassador prayerfully nurtures connections with local schools, ministries, and community leaders.

Impact

The gospel seeds prayerfully planted by CMI and the local church take root in the surrounding community resulting in new believers.

  • The CMI ambassador, alongside dedicated students from the discipleship school, organizes outreach in the local schools and community. This prayer based expansion allows the gospel to flourish.

The community transforms as the resulting new believers are connected to local churches.
