Church Partners

“pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers.” — Matthew 9:38

We are seeking churches to partner with us.

Before affiliating with Crossroads, churches exhibit three essential characteristics.

  • Candidates for partnership have spiritually healthy leaders, vibrant church relationships, and an active intercessory ministry.

  • Spreading the gospel is a core value of churches in our network. This is shown by an active presence in the local community.

  • These churches are open to growing their intercessory ministry and outreach team.

Churches are the greenhouses for awakening.

Crossroads uses a three step approach to mobilize local churches in their communities.

Implant

Crossroads plants a trained ambassador with a history of fruitful Kingdom service in a local church.

The Crossroads ambassador raises independent financial support to cover their needs.

Their first directive in this role is to submit to the pastoral leadership. The ambassador then begins supporting the church’s internal health followed by nurturing the vitality of its community outreach.

Step 1: serve the leaders of the local church.

Implement

The CMI ambassador establishes a prayerful foundation by empowering the church in corporate intercession. They then partner with the church’s youth pastor and begin to expand the youth ministry.

Together, the ambassador and youth leaders develop a school of discipleship. This school trains college age students in spiritual disciplines and outreach.

The ambassador actively nurtures connections with local school administrators, ministries, and community leaders.

Step 2: support the church’s health through training disciples for Christ.

Impact

The gospel seeds prayerfully planted by the church take root in the surrounding community. The CMI ambassador acts as a catalyst to further connect the church to local need.

Powered by continued prayer coverage, the CMI ambassador disciples students at school campuses. The church adopts local schools in order to offer support and resources to school administrators.

This coordinated mobilization of church outreach allows the gospel to flourish. The region transforms as resulting new believers are connected to local churches.

Step 3: mobilize the church and mentor new believers.
