Crossroads has full-time staff openings available
This is our DNA.
Our Mission
“…I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain.”
- John 15:16
-
Our staff are trained to act as CMI ambassadors in local churches and communities. These ambassadors serve church leaders, provide structure for corporate intercession, and engage in discipleship for students on school campuses.
The CMI ambassador trains up young believers to influence their families, peers, schools, and communities! Through these actions, the gospel takes root and transforms communites.
“…when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken…”
- Acts 4:31
Our History
-
During Crossroads’ original expansion, corporate prayer took place daily. That prayer was catalytic. The youth group soared from 75 students to over 330, and we saw over 650 individuals attending Crossroads’ rallies and special events. Across 15 campus groups, over 1,000 students accepted Christ in a single semester.
Eventually, the prayer coverage wavered and the movement lost momentum. That experience reinforced prayer as an essential part of our mission.
Our DNA
“Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise You.”
- Psalm 63:3
-
Our staff members are lovers of God’s presence. Each individual models saturating in the Word daily. They are committed to pursuing no-agenda one-on-one time with the Father, before all else.
We believe this is where awakening begins: within the heart of a worshipper in the secret place.
This is our team’s DNA.
