Let's Give Jesus Our All and Continue to Cry Out to God Desperately for the Students of Atlanta and Montgomery!

God is truly moving across the nations right now, calling His people to live fully for Him. Let’s devote ourselves to a life of abiding in Christ moment by moment of every day. To fulfill the Great Commandment, we must come to a place of absolute surrender, allowing the Holy Spirit to do a deep work in our hearts (It takes God to love God).

Prayers of consecration:

  • Lord, help me to love You with all my heart, soul, mind and strength because without Your Spirit, I can do nothing (John 15:5).

  • May I fully surrender to Your plan and purpose for my life saying with Jesus, “Not my will, but Yours be done” (Luke 22:42).

  • Give me the grace to commune with You all throughout the day, acknowledging You in all that I do (John 15:4).

Your prayers are 'parting the red sea' in both Montgomery and Atlanta!

Four girls met Prince at the door excited about last week's club, with two other young ladies stating that they are getting closer to God through prayer and devotions. Students truly have a hunger for the Gospel! The young man who was healed of a concussion said that he hasn’t had any pain since! Praise God!

Prayer targets for Montgomery:

  • Lord, help Prince juggle fatherhood, taking care of his wife as she heals, and ministry!

  • Give Prince favor to start two new clubs and a basketball outreach!

  • May the hunger for the Word of God keep in increasing in these precious students!

The momentum of the Atlanta club is truly amazing as 20-30 students showed up for the club last week! The meeting began with a young lady leading worship, followed by a powerful Gospel message by a Crossroads volunteer on the need to be ‘born again.’ When he asked the students to raise their hands if they believe John 14:26, the majority did! God is doing something absolutely amazing at this school!

Prayer targets for Atlanta:

  • May God give us wisdom as we teach these students what it means to be saved and how to walk in a manner worthy of the Gospel (Philippians 1:27).

  • Lord, continue to grow the teacher prayer group as they are a very strong influence on the whole school!

  • Two of the key student leaders are on a mission to find the five most influential students in the school who do not know God. Lord, touch the hearts of the souls who are influencing students in an ungodly way. May the “Sauls” become “Pauls” in Jesus Name!

Ultimately, we want to see an Acts 2 outpouring of the Holy Spirit at all the schools. As Jesus stated in John 14:12, “Truly, truly I say to you, the one who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I am going to the Father.” Let’s be a ‘greater works’ people in Jesus Name!

Love in Christ,

Joseph, Prince, Ashley, and the Crossroads Team
