You exceeded the Matching Gift Goal for Gospel expansion because of your generosity! Thank you to all who gave and prayed! We are expectant and hopeful in this new year as we continue to cry out to God for an outpouring of His Spirit on school campuses throughout this nation!
God is touching the hearts of students and staff members. Our team asked a teacher at the Atlanta high school if she needed prayer for anything. She said, "I need to get right with God" as tears welled up in her eyes. Since that moment of repentance, we have seen a complete turnaround in her AND her daughter, a student who attends club meetings! The Gospel is powerful!
Vision for 2023:
Five, new, self-supporting full-time staff members (ATL, Mtg., and Dallas): Joseph plans to recruit standout students from Christian colleges as well as other outstanding candidates to join our team. We believe God wants us to partner with young men and women of God to start a ‘Civil Righteousness’ movement across this nation!
Board of Directors: God is highlighting three new board members. These men and women will be a great asset to the ministry.
Zoom Prayer Growth: God called Crossroads to be a ‘House of Prayer’ in 2021. We currently meet on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays to pray over students and staff for school awakening. Our goal is to have at least 50 passionate prayer warriors attend these meetings each week.
Clubs: Three clubs will resume next week in Montgomery and Atlanta. We are seeking two to three new schools in the spring semester. Two schools saw tremendous growth in club attendance in 2022, and we believe God is going to draw hundreds of students to these meetings in the days ahead!!
City-Wide Outreaches: We hosted city-wide outreaches from 2016-2020 in Montgomery, AL and invested $10,000-$15,000 in each event. We plan to do more of these in 2023 and beyond. City-wide outreaches impact thousands of students with the Gospel!
New Website: We are about to launch a brand new website! This will be a great tool for equipping prayer partners, connecting with students, sharing Gospel messages, and attracting new staff.
