A Young Lady From Atlanta Stated That She Has Given Her Life to Christ and Wants to Grow in Her Faith Walk! We Have Seen Such a Transformation in Her!

We have seen such a change in a young lady at the Atlanta club. She's been noticeably struggling with emotional issues throughout the semester and did not seem to have a clear concept of Christianity. A while back she stated that she was using her Bible to ward off evil spirits. Last week, she told a staff member that she has given her life to Christ! She said she wants to grow in her faith and learn how to effectively read the Word and pray. During small groups she also opened up about her struggle with anxiety and a fellow student prayed for her and others dealing with this issue. It's so amazing to see this young lady blossom. She has been very quiet and shut down for most of the semester. Now, "she wants to be like Jesus!" Praise God for this transformation!
We have been consistenly addressing the need and importance for students to be born again. It seems like these Gospel seeds are taking root in the hearts of many. When asked how last week's club went, one student leader said, "Wonderful! We had a really good, and free talk about being born again and identifying the lies of the enemy. I love the points on how to tell you've been born again." Lord, give these students eyes to see, ears to hear and hearts to receive Truth!

Atlanta Leadership Team Meeting (TONIGHT-Monday, May 1st): The Atlanta leadership team meets from 7:00-7:30 p.m. EST to discuss Thursday’s club meeting. This will be our final club meeting of the semester. Seniors plan to share their testimonies with the group. Pray that God uses their words to touch the hearts of their peers. We want to see more souls saved as we close out the semester! These seniors have been such a blessing and we know God has an amazing destiny for each of them!

God has truly done an amazing work in the hearts of many this semester! May we continue to see a Gospel and Holy Spirit (Acts 2) outpouring during the summer months as we finalize summer clubs and sports outreaches!
